Victoria Nisan is the owner and office administrator at Tower Hill Child Care Centre. Vicky's creativity and love for children has inspired her to want the best for children in our community. As a mother of 3 young children, Vicky's understanding of child development and parents attachment to their children gives her the perfect opportunity to meet new parents and help them transition into the daycare environment. Vicky graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2003, and oversees the administrative duties as well as marketing and special programming/events at the centre. Vicky's passion is exposing children to new and exciting programs in their everyday life.
