The full day Junior Kindergarten Program at Tower Hill Child Care Centre offers an exceptional educational program with excellent teacher/child ratios and one on one daily guidance and support for each individual child. Our curriculum follows the Ontario Elementary Curriculum as well as a strong emphasis on the Montessori philosophies. Students will focus on group and individual lessons in Literacy, Math, Science, Social Studies and STEM activities. Along with these core subjects the curriculum will include enrichment projects, to enhance learning through exploration, experimentation, problem solving and group discussions. 

Our JK program is based on the same philosophy as our Preschool program in which we feel children learn best when they are nurtured and cared for in a loving and safe environment.  Individual positive self-esteem and confidence is promoted through small group activities that foster success. Our small class size (maximum 16 children) allows for more focused attention and individualized learning.
